A graduate from Osgoode Hall Law School, Saad Suleman is the principal of Suleman Law and expert in business litigation, real estate and corporate law. When you need your business protected, he's who you want in your corner. After working for a boutique national law firm specializing in banking law and creditors rights, Mr. Suleman created Suleman Law to help clients find unique solutions to their questions and has further developed his practice to be a trusted general advisor for whatever issues his clients may face from residential real estate closings through to complex commercial matters. Mr. Suleman is a member of the Law Societies of Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta and a member of the Advocates' Society and Peel Law Association.
Ameya Sharma is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer. His practice focuses on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His background in transactional law includes structuring transactions, negotiating and drafting complex shareholder agreements and contracts, and franchise transactions across various industries. Ameya also has significant experience in civil litigation, representing clients in contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, and debt recovery. In addition, he also provides advise to clients on intellectual property related issues. His dual licensing in Ontario and India, combined with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, allows him to bring a global perspective to his practice.
